FARO: What if there is already a connection at my new address?

    If your new property already has an active fibre connection, FARO may need extra information before the switchover order can be accepted.

    What FARO needs

    • The current or previous internet provider at the address.
    • The full address, including unit or apartment number.
    • Your preferred move-in or connection date.

    Tip

    Ask the real estate agent, landlord, previous owner or previous occupant which internet provider was used at the property. This can avoid delays when the order is placed.
