Yes. Keeping your existing landline number is called number porting.
What to provide
- Tell FARO during signup that you want to port your number.
- Provide your current account number.
- Provide the account name exactly as it appears with your current provider.
Timing
Number porting commonly takes 1–2 business days once the request is submitted.
Important
Do not cancel your existing phone service before the port is complete. If the service is disconnected too early, you may lose the number.
