After you complete checkout, SiliconKiwi starts provisioning your VPS. In most cases your server is created automatically and you will receive a welcome email with the details you need to get started.
What you should receive
- Your service name and plan.
- Your server IP address.
- Login or access instructions.
- Links to manage your service from the client portal.
What to check first
- Open the welcome email.
- Log in to the SiliconKiwi client portal.
- Check that your service is marked active.
- Use SSH or the web console to access your VPS.
If your service has not appeared after payment, open a support ticket and include your order or invoice number.
